TIP FOR GETTING RID OF PILES
Long time back there was a hakeem sahab in Hawiliaan, it was famous about him that he is a pious man and gives free medication for Piles. My colleague went there and got free medicine. Then he had to go again after a week. In that time, one way fare was 4 anas. I was not sick but I desperately wanted the recipe of the medication, so one day I went along with my friend.
Hakeem sahab was young of age in that time and had a very noorani face. I sat along with the other patients in the waiting area. In front of me, to many patients he gave a list of some herbs instead of the medication itself and said that you need to grind these and eat them in so and so manner, and also told them the list of foods to avoid. Along with this he used to say that if you make it yourself, the cost will be less and also the recipe itself will benefit someone else as well.
When my turn came, I met him and said that Sir when you become free from your patients I want to talk to you in detail. I was also feeling nervous that this was my first meeting with him, what if he does not give me the recipe. After a few minutes he got free from all the patients. I am not having this problem myself but if someone develops this sickness then if i can cure them instead of some Hakeem it will be great.
Without asking me any questions he immediately told me that "TUKHAM OF DAREEK" whose pits (seed found inside the fruit) is not hardened, i.e. the unripe fruit, should be plucked and dry it in a shady area. Then grind it into a fine powder and make packets of 2graams each. Eat 2 grams of this medicine in the morning and 2 grams in the evening with water.
It is better that you give this medication to people free of cost, as this will make Allah happy. He also lauded my interest in collecting medication recipes and I also asked him for many books which he gave me free of cost. The deceased was a very pious person.
PROPHETIC MEDICINE FOR HEART PAIN:
I read in a book based on Prophetic medicine that for heart attack, the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) made a powder of dates along with their pits (seed found inside the date) and asked it to be used. Apart from that I read it somewhere that the pit of the Date (which we call hareek), it should be burnt on fire and mixed in the same date and grinded in a Langri and given to the patient.

REMOVE THE PLAQUE OF THE TOOTH:
If there is cavities/plaque deposition on the tooth then you should use the below mentioned recipe.
Take the grape vinegar or sugarcane 2 tola,
Flowers of phatkari 1 tola,
Ground black pepper 3 masha,
Honey 2 tola
Mix these ingredients and make a paste. Now you need to rub this paste on your gums 3 to 4 times a day and then rinse with water. After a few days, plaque deposition will be removed from the teeth and the teeth will start shining like pearls. This recipe is good for "Maskhora" and "Piyaroiya" cure also.
CURE OF EPILEPSY WITH COLOUR AND LIGHT
Any person who has epilepsy, he should be made to drink sky blue coloured water morning and evening. Apart from that, sky blue colour light rays should be made to fall on this head. This treatment should be continued for a long time, until there is complete cure from this problem. Soon you should be able to see significant changes and benefits of this treatment.
CURE FOR BALDNESS USING LIGHT AND COLOUR

BEST REMEDIES FOR BALDNESS
CURE: For the cure of baldness you should take the juice of onion and mix honey in it in equal amount and rub it over the balded area. Continue this for one or weeks continuously. The hair will start growing again. Apart from that the hair fall will also stop.
CURE: Take the juice of a "Mooli" and rub it on your bald spot every day, the hair will start growing again.
CURE: To make the hair on the head soft and silky, take some beetroot leaves and some Mehndi (henna) leaves and grind them together and them make a paste and put it on your head. The hair will start growing and it will also become soft and silky.
CURE FOR JAUNDICE
CURE: For the cure of Jaundice, carrots are considered to be beneficial. Take the juice out of carrots and mix misri (sucrose sugar) in it and drink one glass daily in the summer season. It will cure your jaundice.
CURE: Take the juice out of the leaves of radish "MOOLI" and then mix misri in it and give it to the jaundice patient 3 times a day in quantities of 2 chatank every time. There will be relief from the disease of jaundice.
CURE: Take the juice of a Mooli (2 tola) and then mix grinded "KABAB CHEENI" in it 4.5 masha. Eat this every day for one week. It is very beneficial for jaundice.

THE AMAL OF ISM E AZAM FOR SWOLLEN NECK
Young girls often develop this problem, the neck becomes swollen and because of it the face looks ugly. This is a special amal for curing the case of the swollen neck.
سَلٰمٌ قَوْلًا مِّنْ رَّبٍّ رَّحِیْمٍ ﴿یٰسین۵۸
SURAH YASEEN -ayat 58, wirting this along with بسم اللہbismillah, and tying this in the neck leads to cure of all problems of the neck.The swollen neck also gets cured.The method is to write it 11 times on a piece of paper and make it into a taweez.
FOR KNOWING SOMETHING IN A DREAM
If we take a kataan cloth and write 123 times Ya Allah on it and place it next to the pillow and sleep and before sleeping pray that "O Allah! So and so thing which is not clear, and I need to find out the reality of this matter, it should be known to me in a dream and then while lying down and reciting Allah Allah go to sleep. Insha’Allah it will be known.
SPIRITUAL CURE FOR GAL BLADDER AND "MASANA (urinary bladder)" STONES
If a person has stone in gall bladder or in the Masana (urinary bladder) then you ask some pious person of Allah to write 73 times لا الہ الا اللہon plain paper, wash it with water and drink that water. The stone will become crushed and will be excreted. In addition to this keep reciting
لا الہ الا اللہ 100 times daily
AMAL TO BRING A FOUL MOUTHED WIFE TO THE RIGHT PATH
If a person has a very foul mouthed wife or she commits acts of bad character, that person should recite یَاحَسِیْبُ یَاذَاالْجَلَالِ وَالْاِکْرَامْ 77 times after every namaz and blow towards the wife and then see the miracle of Allah.
PRE-REQUISITE: The condition is that the person needs to recite 5 time prayer, protect his eyes from looking at profanity and other women, stay away from speaking lies and eat only halal. Then see the miraculous results.
AMAL TO BECOME "MUSTAJAAB-UL-DAWAAT"
Whichever person recited any one of the below mentioned names of Allah 8100 times and whatever he prays, it will be fulfilled. یَامَالِکُ یَامَلِکُ یَارَحْمٰنُ یَارَحِیْمُ

AMAL TO STAY INVISIBLE FROM THE EYES
This amal is given in the service of the readers of Ubqari magazine.
"Hazrat Kaab (رضی اللہ عنہ) narrates that when the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) wanted to avoid being seen by the Mushrikeen , he used to recite these 3 ayat of the Quran and the Kuffar were unable to see the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم).
These ayat were found to be useful by many people.
Hazrat Kaab, Imam Shaabi and Imam Qartabi recite that in addition to the above ayaat, if you recite Surah Yaseen from the start till " فھم لایبصرون "
then even if you throw dust on the enemy while leaving the place, they will not know a thing. [TAFSEER MAARIF UL QURAAN S480, JILD 5]
Apparently it seems that you need to recite these ayaat only once but those were the Holy Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) and the companions (رضی اللہ عنھم) whose hearts and tongues were pure.
Our tongues have the layer of backbiting, lies, wrongfully accusing someone, and foul language on them and that is why it is necessary to clear our hearts and our tongues by reciting these in large quantity. (Muhammad Rafeeq kot Adddu)
